Job Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads via networking, cold calling, and CRM tools
Develop and execute winning sales strategies
Build and nurture client relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel
Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay ahead of industry trends through market research
Plan strategically to ensure project success
Requirements:
Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing or similar studies is an advantage
Min 3 years in business development in the freight industry
Strong knowledge of air, ocean and land freight solutions
