You\'ll be at the forefront of securing high-profile partnerships and driving the company\'s growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with attractions and entertainment venues
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational execution
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers to maximize long-term business opportunities
• Stay ahead of market trends and competition to identify new areas for growth

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven success in business development or sales, ideally within the service, hospitality, or tourism sectors (experience in banking or other B2B industries is a plus)
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels
• A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving revenue growth
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed to expand business opportunities
