Description

• Identify and target potential clients within the family office, wealth management, asset management and trust sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target client organizations.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure our solutions align with the needs of the target market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and other relevant metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the fintech industry, with a focus on family offices, wealth managers, asset managers and trusts.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to the target client base.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
