Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology.Responsibilities:
Primarily focused on building and sustaining long-term relationships with our existing corporate and maritime clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients by serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, and identifying potential issues early.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions that meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services based on a deep understanding of Company\'s unique offerings.
Actively manage and track the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, ensuring an up-to-date sales pipeline and a disciplined approach to client relationship management.
Oversee the smooth and timely delivery of commercial projects, from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, by coordinating closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
Support the acquisition of new clients by partnering with the Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and cultivate potential accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth and crafting successful commercial strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Familiarity with the maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is an advantage.
