We are looking for a strategic hunter and closer to join our high-performing sales team. The primary mission of this role is to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, directly contributing to our revenue targets. This role offers an uncapped, high-reward commission structure designed to generously compensate top performers who consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking events.
Full-Sales Cycle Management:
Own the entire sales process from initial contact and needs analysis to product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:
Maintain a deep understanding of our industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively position our solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Diligently manage and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
This role is defined by clear targets and exceptional earning potential for those who deliver.
Monthly KPI Target: 5 Deal Closures
Minimum Performance Threshold:
Consistent achievement of
above 3 closures monthly
is required to maintain performance standards.
Lucrative Compensation Plan:
Base Salary:
A competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
High-Performance Commission:
10% Commission
on the total value of
all deals closed in a month, starting from the 4th closure.
This means you earn 10% on your 4th, 5th, 6th, and every subsequent deal that month.
KPI Achievement Bonus:
An additional bonus of
$3,000
is paid monthly for achieving the primary KPI of
5 closures
.
This bonus is earned on top of the commission from your closures.
Team Leadership Commission (If applicable):
As you grow, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
You will earn a
10% commission
on the value of deals closed by team members you directly mentor and manage.
Example of Potential Monthly Earnings:
Scenario: You close 5 deals in a month with a total contract value of $100,000.
Commission = 10% on all deals from the 4th onward. (Assuming equal value, this is 10% on $40,000) =
$4,000
KPI Achievement Bonus for 5 closures =
$3,000
Total Variable Compensation = $7,000
Plus your base salary.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven track record of at least [3-5] years in a B2B business development or sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrable experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a relentless drive and a "hunter" mentality.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
