Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT Sales or Services domain.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises, SMEs, and tech startups.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or staffing services.
Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks to potential clients.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress to leadership.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Singapore market.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Sales/Services in Singapore.
Strong network and understanding of the Singapore IT market and business culture.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Prior experience working with MNCs or large enterprises in Singapore.
Understanding of MOM regulations and compliance.
Regional exposure (SEA/APAC) is an added advantage.
