Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to expand our client base and drive growth within the IT and Cybersecurity services domain.
You will build relationships with decision-makers, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and Cybersecurity services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across enterprises and SMEs. Understand client needs and propose suitable security or IT solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in

Business Development / IT Sales

, preferably within Cybersecurity or Technology Services. Strong network and understanding of the Singapore IT market. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with MNCs or large enterprises in Singapore. Knowledge of MOM regulations and compliance standards. Regional exposure (SEA / APAC) is an advantage.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
