Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the offshore and energy logistics sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, EPCs, offshore vessel operators, energy companies, and service providers
Promote integrated logistics solutions, including:
? Marine & port agency
? Offshore & rig/vessel support
? Project cargo management
? Supply-base & warehouse coordination
? Crew logistics & mobilisation services
Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
Conduct market research, customer mapping, and competitor analysis
Collaborate with operations and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
Attend industry events and client meetings to enhance business visibility and networks
Provide regular commercial updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related disciplines
3-7 years' commercial or BD experience in offshore logistics / marine services / oil & gas supply chain
Established industry network is advantageous
Good understanding of offshore vessel operations, rig logistics, and energy supply-chain requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to operate independently
Willing to travel within the region when required
