our client from China is looking for Business Development Manager to expand their connection in South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the general manager in formulating the strategy for international business, and execute the annual international business development and sales targets.
• Build a personnel management system, cultivate the international business department team, assess performance indicators and capabilities.
• Manage the qualification, business, and contract approval process for clients, plan team funds, and achieve the company\'s sales objectives.
• Communicate with key clients in international business, coordinate upstream and downstream contacts, handle various transactions during business execution, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research on sales and market conditions in the international market, and formulate corresponding plans based on the international market situation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
• 5-10 years or more of experience in international trade of bulk commodities, with at least 3 years of managerial experience. Familiarity with the aromatic hydrocarbon and olefin industry chain products, and relevant experience in both import and export (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of international trade, shipping of goods, contract terms, documents, letters of credit, and futures trading related to petroleum/crude oil, chemical products, plastic raw materials, etc.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as proactive problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
• Highly responsible, meticulous, proactive, with strong logical thinking skills; result-oriented and able to handle pressure effectively.
