• Position :Business Development Manager (Revenue/Budgeting-HOTEL)
• Location : Near Paya Lebar MRT
• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00am -6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS+ Bonus + Insurance + Medical
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Real Estate- Property development

Main Responsibilities:

• Assists in monitoring present and future trends in the Tourism & Hospitality industry business
• Staying informed on industry practices and systems in the Tourism & Hospitality industry and
• determines and ensures execution of competitive programs as directed
• Involve in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget, and Goals Program to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability
• Understands the hotel\'s business priorities, products and services
• Work effectively with customers and colleagues from different cultures and countries
• Understand and consider the global nature of the business
• Occasional travel is required
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant hotel managerial position with a strong operation role in various departments and knowledge of hotel budgeting & accounting
• Experience in pre-opening hotels preferred
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems and/or Office Management System, e.g., Opera.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
