Position :Business Development Manager (Revenue/Budgeting-HOTEL)
Location : Near Paya Lebar MRT
Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00am -6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS+ Bonus + Insurance + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
Assists in monitoring present and future trends in the Tourism & Hospitality industry business
Staying informed on industry practices and systems in the Tourism & Hospitality industry and
determines and ensures execution of competitive programs as directed
Involve in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget, and Goals Program to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability
Understands the hotel\'s business priorities, products and services
Work effectively with customers and colleagues from different cultures and countries
Understand and consider the global nature of the business
Occasional travel is required
Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years in a relevant hotel managerial position with a strong operation role in various departments and knowledge of hotel budgeting & accounting
Experience in pre-opening hotels preferred
Knowledge of Property Management Systems and/or Office Management System, e.g., Opera.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
