OUR CLIENTOur client is an innovative company in appliance sector, well established in APAC region. With a commitment to originality, this organisation thrives on its inventive spirit . The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and will support all Sales and Marketing responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the company for both verticals: Rent and Distribution businesses.
• Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a GTM strategy for new products.
• Establish a good marketing strategy to help the company achieve its goals.
• Ensure to meet all sales and marketing targets to ensure they meet their targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Any overtask meant to be done and assigned by the CEO

IDEAL TALENTThe Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience, including:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Background in Hospitality or event is mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the SME sector is preferred
