• Extensive experience in office design and prior experience as Business Development Manager; AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office skills.

Job scope

• Develop plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients.
• Actively acquire new clients to grow the customer portfolio.
• Create tailored proposals for different sectors to enhance client engagement.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to exceed client expectations.
• Develop materials that effectively communicate the company\'s offerings and benefits.
• Assist in planning events aimed at promoting products/services and expanding market reach.
• Take responsibility for achieving and delivering on sales targets.
• Ensure all drawings and proposals are completed punctually to support client acquisition.
• Assist in various aspects of sales operations to facilitate achievement of targets.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
