Responsibilities
Identify and research key prospects based on target client profiles
Conduct direct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
Write personalised messaging that engages and drives interest
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
Track and report on outreach performance; refine strategies as needed
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, social selling, or B2B sales development
Excellent written communication and messaging skills
Proficient in LinkedIn and digital outreach tools
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
Must be based in Singapore and legally authorised to work
Preferred Qualifications
Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B services
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Understanding of digital sales funnels and automation tools
