Job Overview

We are seeking a

Business Development Manager

to join our team in Singapore. This role is focused on

outbound lead generation and social selling

, not cold calling. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting personalised outreach, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn and email.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients that match our ideal customer profile Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms Create personalised messages that generate engagement and interest Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies Track, report, and optimise outreach performance using data
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or social selling Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and digital outreach tools Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven Must be based in Singapore and legally authorised to work
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B services Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation tools
