Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong connections with clients, managing the pipeline from qualification to closing deals
Identify and profile potential accounts to expand our client base, connecting with selected industries and businesses through personalised outreach
Unearth new business opportunities and qualify them for further engagement
Create compelling presentation materials and accurate quotations that impress our clients
Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution of events and align client expectations
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our agency and explore new business opportunities
Track and report on business development activities and sales metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline
Has 3-5 years of sales experience, with a bonus for experience in event agencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
