Job responsibilities

Develop and execute effective GTM strategies for new products, services, or market segments.

Develop and maintain a robust business development plan with clear objectives, timelines, and performance metrics.

Develop comprehensive market entry strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

Identify and evaluate potential new markets and business opportunities aligned with our growth objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services effectively to customers.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, industry associations, and government agencies.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, market intelligence, market development, or related roles within the property management, or relevant industries.

Strong understanding of market analysis techniques, competitive intelligence, and customer research methodologies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
