Job Responsibilities . Develop new business partnership/opportunities and plans specific sales approaches . Pro-actively explore business opportunities and expand market share (Local and regional) . Perform sales forecasting, contract negotiations and prepare quotations to customers . Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support company goals . Conduct sales visits and product presentation . Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of the products/ solution . Identify target markets and analyse market trends and competition . Manage customer issues (inquiries, feedback etc.) . Prepare reports (weekly activities report, monthly sales reports, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, demand and supply forecast etc) and PowerPoint to HQ and Management . Work closely with internal teams and assist on customers on any business-related issue. . Diploma/Degree in Engineering/ Sales and Marketing (Electronics Engineering / related majors preferred) . 3-5 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales /marketing of electronics / semi-con products Manufacturing industry . Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, problem solving). . Result oriented, self-motivated and committed . Proficient in MS Office applications .
