Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERRESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and sustain relationships with the company
- Training and guiding staff
- Research new trends to improve business opportunities
- Analyze data and develop strategies that could increase company efficiency
- Cooperate with executives to plan different tactics
- Present company offerings and negotiate business deals
- Find partners to collaborate with the business
- Schedule meetings
- Program a Plan for Delivery route
- Familiarize themself with the platform of different brands
- Easily answer the client's questions regarding the platform
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Has worked on Property Management or Real Estate
- At least 2 year(s) experience on related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills and know how to present products and services
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
- Can easily learn and present platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and management skills
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
- Can work on field
- Flextime
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Property management or Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
