Job Description

Job SummaryBusiness Development Officer will be directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for establishing customer needs and recommend, develop rapport with existing customers and source new clients.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shall identify, develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Shall analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to Trim overhead and increase profit.
  • Establish relationships with local governments and other industry stakeholders (utilities, Dept of Energy, industry associations)
  • Responsible in scouting new markets and identify new business opportunities, propose and execute market entry modes
  • Shall provide timely market intelligence (projects, trends, competitors' activities, prices) to support the team.
  • Responsible in providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Responsible in meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Travel frequently to visit clients and attend exhibitions and conferences.
  • Provide coaching and training to subordinate business developers.
  • Respond to all issues with prompt attention.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time.

SpecificationFormal Education : Any four (4) years business course.Work Experience : A minimum of two (2) years of sales or marketing experience and business developmentWith sales experience in Solar Inverter is Advantage. Others : Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company product worksStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.Knowledge of sales promotion techniquesExcellent presentation skills.Editing skills (e.g photoshop)Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
