Job Overview: We are looking for an active and enthusiastic Telesales/Business Development (BD) Manager to develop revenue channels for our company, taking charge of communicating to proper department heads. . *
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other business units, to deliver winning products.

An effective Product Manager must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable creating project plans as well as presenting products or services.

The goal is to help the company grow by developing health and care products for rollout in key markets in the USA.

Job Responsibilities: SipMD is an innovative management service organization based in Arizona and manages multiple primary care providers focusing on high risk homebound, specialty medical services aimed at the elderly and niche products for specific population targets. With more than 1M visits for homebound patients in the last 15 years, and > 500,000 COVID vaccine and testing visits in 2020-2021, we have an infrastructure that can scale both vertically and horizontally throughout 50 states.

Your primary job as Business Development Product Manager is to develop viable healthcare products scalable in 50 states that can increase company revenue.

Job Requirements: The candidate must have a background, experience or understands the details of the US healthcare/medical field and product development. Having worked in the fields of Marketing and Business Development is preferred. A good command of the English language is a must. This is an on-site position in a company located in Sucat, Paranaque City.

  • Product Development
  • Product Life Cycle analysis
  • Financial Analysis
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Competition analysis
  • Develop project plans and PIPs for each products developed
  • Must be able to create presentations for new projects and present to team
  • Develop and create scripts and workflows needed for the job
  • Create marketing plans to promote / sell products and services

Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
