We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Partner / Senior Account Manager
to join our team. This role carries a dual responsibility: maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure smooth execution of offline promotional activities, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth in event marketing and offline promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Oversee and follow up on offline promotional campaigns for current clients, ensuring smooth delivery and achievement of expected outcomes.
Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
Participate in business negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts, and support business expansion initiatives.
Provide regular reporting on client account performance and business development progress to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (business development, account management, or event promotion experience preferred).
Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and developing new business.
Possess strong industry network or resources with the ability to independently drive business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
