Business Development & Relationship Manager

(Managerial or Executive Level - Estate Planning Services)

We are a leading estate planning firm dedicated to helping individuals and families protect and pass on their legacies. We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to strengthen our distribution channels, grow partnerships, and help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Nurture Relationships

- Develop and deepen partnerships with existing distribution channels through coaching, consultations, and strategic engagement.

Drive Channel Growth

- Plan and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and expand our reach.

Engage & Educate

- Conduct outreach activities to maintain brand visibility and deliver compelling presentations to varied audiences.

Optimise Processes

- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve workflows for channel partners.

Track & Report

- Prepare weekly progress reports with actionable insights for presentation to management.

Lead & Mentor

(Managerial role)- Guide and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and performance.

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven. Confident presenter with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. High integrity, accountability, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving, lead generation, and negotiation abilities. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva. Experience in finance, insurance, marketing, strategy, or operations is preferred. Prior leadership experience for managerial position.

Monday to Friday (Hybrid work arrangement)

Salary:
