Responsibilities:

• Attend sales meetings, take notes, ghostwrite and send follow-up emails
• Manage and use Hubspot to its fullest potential (i.e. workflows, sequences, deals, email automation, pulling reports, manual task reminders)
• Hubspot hygiene/funnel management (completing profiles, moving deals through stages, etc.)
• Schedule sales meetings
• Provide updates on clients
• Sales reporting (i.e. calls, updates)
• Co-create and execute a content calendar
• Calendaring
• Referral program/client gifting/engagement
• Taking minutes of the meeting/meeting notes (Sales meetings)
• Experience in Leads generations and pulling data from online sources
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Must have Hubspot experience (extensive preferred)
• With at least 2 years Sales Representative or Sales Assistant Experience catering with offshore clients (remote)
• Experience in Slack
• Must have G-Suite experience
• Project management and sales cycle experience
• Client success oriented
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-phased environment
• Fast learner, eager to work in the startup environment
