Job Description

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-growth marketing team in the US. The Role

• 80-90% are managing outbound emails, and 10-20% are calling/emailing prospects prior to set appointments
• Manage a high volume of outbound emails and ability to provide appropriate responses and handle objections
• Main goal is to book a meeting with Account Executives/Managers
• Responsible for calling prospects to confirm attendance before the meeting
• Deliver quality performance
• Communicate and participate in the organization's sales/marketing process
• Escalate if the situation is complicated

The Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience with Appointment Setting (phone/call and email outreach)
• Experience with Salesforce is a nice-to-have
• Experience with Google Suite is a must-have
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environments
• Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters and situations
• Self-driven and able to raise standards of quality and productivity when required
• Resourceful and highly independent
• Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
