Business Development / Sales Manager (Ref: KHXXX)
This position leads the sales initiatives and drives business growth for the Co\xe2\x80\x99s product
line including services for biosafety labs. He/she will be responsible for developing
robust sales strategies and pipelines, identifying potential customers and generating
revenue through the sales of the Co\xe2\x80\x99s products, with a focus on promoting the biosafety
lab offerings
The Job
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets,
selling services for biosafety lab services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and engage potential customers, including research institutions,
pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other relevant organizations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand
their needs and offer suitable solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Building up and progression of sales pipeline.
\xef\x82\xb7 Showcase the benefits and advantages of our biosafety lab services to potential
clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create compelling sales materials and marketing campaigns to potential clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase
brand visibility and explore new business opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors and
potential areas for expansion.
\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms
for both parties.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the management team, detailing
progress, challenges and opportunities.
The Candidate
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager in a relevant industry, with
experience in promoting scientific products or laboratory services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a
combination of scientific and sales experience is a plus.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with biosafety lab, industry standards, and regulations is
advantageous.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively
promote Co products and services and engage potential clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key
stakeholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business
growth.
\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to travel as required to meet with potential clients and attend
industry events.
