We're looking for a senior associate in business development.
Job Scope
- Touchbase with existing clients to ensure satisfactory service levels & check in if they have any pain points that can be addressed by the group or our partners.
- Conversion of inbound and self-sourced leads.
- Network & establish strategic partnerships with other professional firms & complementary service providers.
- Identify product development opportunities through client feedback & experiences.
- Work closely with the management & PR team to ensure consistency in the quality of services provided and promised.
Preferred
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BD/Sales roles for a B2B-type company
- High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin
