Job scope and responsibilities:

Able to research and identify opportunities for new market, growths, or trends. Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients Establish and maintain strong relationship and communication with key stakeholders which includes, clients, partners. Coordinate with logistics, supply chain and procurement activities for global operations. Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansions. Represent company for any networking events such as meetings, events, conferences to promote our products and services. Able to negotiate and deal with potential clients and business partners. Create comprehensive proposals and presentations to pitch business ideals to prospects. Work closely with team to align business development strategies and company goals. Analyse financial report or market data to make informed decisions and forecasting. Track and report business development activities to upper management. Manage various administrative duties for daily operations.

Requirements:

Experienced in business development, sales, or related role within similar industry Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields; 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management Strong communication skills Strong management and organizational skills Strong leadership skills Self-motivated with ability to be independent * Ability to identify and solve problems and challenges in the business
