Job Summary
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, tie-ups, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.
- Plan and oversee on-ground marketing activities, including events (might have roadshows, pop-ups booths - BD will also be present), exhibitions, sponsorships, and retail activations.
Drive B2B and B2C sales, achieving revenue and growth targets through effective lead generation and client conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and community partners.(i.e. Networking sessions at SNEF, BNI)
Conduct local market research to identify new opportunities and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing - on back-end, BD is more on the ground and represents the brand, sales, product) to align offline campaigns with overall brand objectives.
Track, analyze, and report campaign and partnership performance using measurable KPIs.
* Must have relevant experience (in healthcare space), able to represent the company well
