You will identify business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and lead automation-driven security transformation across regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage clients across finance, healthcare, tech, and professional services.
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, solution presentation, proposal, and contract negotiation.
Conduct client needs assessments and propose solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks (PDPA, MAS TRM).
Perform CREST-standard penetration testing and generate technical/executive reports.
Integrate AI and RPA into cybersecurity workflows for automated threat detection, triage, and compliance.
Provide thought leadership and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
3-5 years in business development, sales, or consulting in cybersecurity, IT services, or tech solutions.
Certifications:
CREST CRT or CPSA (required); OSCP, CISSP preferred.
Technical skills in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security audits.
Familiarity with RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and AI-based security tools.
Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, PDPA, MAS TRM, ISO 27001.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
