Responsibilities
Grow our B2B and B2C client base
Manage and nurture existing client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives
Collaborate closely with Product to identify gaps and improve our offerings
Work with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Requirements
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Self-motivated, client-focused, adaptable, and service-oriented
Preferred qualifications
Proven track record in business development and/or sales
Strong background in healthcare and/or IT
BS or MS in Business Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related fields
