The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with an international company that has strong vision in shaping the Future of New Fuels for marine transportation industry. The company is looking for APAC Business Development Specialist with good knowledge of P&I Club, New Fuel industry and Shipping regulations.The Job:Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat sales.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company\'s offerings and value proposition.

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Strong communication skill
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in ship owner or ship broker with good knowledge of P&I Club and Shipping regulations
• Understanding of new fuel (LNG, LPG, Methanol, Ammonia, Hydrogen) industry is a plus
