We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition and brand promotion in the Singapore market. Your main focus will be on developing business partnerships and expanding our presence in international schools, local schools, preschools, and community centers.
Job scope
Acquire new business partnerships and promote our brand through online and offline activities to support the company's business growth.
Develop and manage business partnerships, including approaching, negotiating, signing, carrying out promotion and performance follow-up in the local markets.
Link with external business partners, coordinate company's internal promotion and operating resources to formulate business plans, promoting business development in the local markets;
Actively manage new clients' application, needs, queries and objectives
Responsible for the implementation and operation of company's business promotion activities. Collect and provide feedback regarding products' suggestions, market response and user needs.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 1 year of working experience in business cooperation, marketing, and sales; Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred;
Prefer someone who has strong resources to link up to an international school, Local schools, preschools, and community
Knowledge of overseas Chinese communities is a plus; with experience in education and training / Chinese media/e-commerce platform being desirable.
Strong learning ability, excellent communication ability, critical thinking, and summarization abilities
Highly self-motivated with strong project implementation and planning skills. Goal-oriented, able to achieve task objectives under pressure within set timeframes
Prior experience with overseas Chinese community resources is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
