Job Description

We are currently working with a global Workplace Design and Built Organization with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented business development support professional who is dependable and possesses a systematic mindset to support in the end-to-end business development life cycle for the business and to work closely with the Regional Director of business development. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting, energetic team with a strong, open culture with a strong desire to grow aggressively, regionally.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage tender documentations
-Manage pipeline administration, building of data analysis on bids and to support in providing insights on the prospective bids
-Work closely with the Director of Business Development, Project Management and Quantity Surveying team in administering the tenders, bid calculation to ensure accurate margins
-Provide system training for new joiners and assimilate new joiners into the business infrastructure

Job Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration in construction or in a Design and Built company
-Able to perform independently under limited supervision and navigate ambiguity and constant change in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
-Resourceful and meticulous with an eye for detail
-Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to apply a systematic and methodical approach to problem solving
