Additional information can be found at .The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, business development representative (BDR) to join our growing team.As a BDR, you will proactively generate leads, communicate market insights, nurture client relationships, and facilitate the team\xe2\x80\x99s sales process. This BDR role also provides a rapid career development path into a Business Development Manager role and beyond.The RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a background in training services, leadership/professional development, learning technology, or other HR/OD consulting services.You will have at least 2-3 years of proven experience working with digital sales tools, nurturing leads, and generating high-quality opportunities. Success in managing a book of revenue, proposal creation and presenting in front of clients is a bonus.Achieving success in this role will involve:\xc2\xb7 Meeting or exceeding achievable business development targets.\xc2\xb7 Building and nurturing relationships with clients based on trust and mutual value.\xc2\xb7 Displaying an understanding of and ability to articulate GP\'s profile, services and USPs, and a willingness to continuously expand industry and service knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Working individually and with our marketing team to leverage tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify leads, generate meetings and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with the wider client success team to craft innovative learning solutions.\xc2\xb7 Driving attendance to, and following up on marketing events\xc2\xb7 Partnering with internal SME\xe2\x80\x99s to develop winning proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate the availability of resources.\xc2\xb7 Being able to work autonomously around planning and organising your schedule to exceed goals and targets.With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
