As a Business Development Trainee, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of business development and sales strategies. You will work closely with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, understanding market dynamics, and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends. Assist in generating leads through various channels, including social media and networking events. Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals and other materials for meetings. Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs and assist in building relationships. Engage in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Work closely with various departments to align business development strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Strong interest in business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. No experience is welcome. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
