About our group:

Our team under Business Excellence work with cross functional department to implement, sustain Lean and Kaizen initiative, improve productivity by studying work activities, analyzing value add and non-value add and motion time study, improve factory throughput by focusing improvement on bottleneck capacity, inventory and Manufacturing Cycle Time reduction. Supporting production on Ergonomics program, handling tool design, line inventory and logistic requirement

About the role - you will:

  • Support, improve and automate Headcount modelling and planning
  • Data collection system improvement
  • Conduct motion time study
  • Improve and determine line inventory through analyzing machine performance, space and WIP storage capacity
About you:
  • Self-motivated and independent learner
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Resourceful and savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact
  • Good team player with stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
Your experience includes:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 2nd Major in Operations Management
  • Good knowledge of operations management
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Knowledge in Visual Basic, Power Query or Power BI will be an added advantage

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
