You will lead and/or participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO), Regional Office and Agencies in change management. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Process Excellence Team to ensure processes are aligned across Agency Network in Asia Pacific (APAC).To perform well in this role, you should possess strong analytical mind, a proactive mindset, good knowledge in project and change management and process improvement skills.
