Job Description

Key responsibilities: Liaise with suppliers or customers and maintain excellent business relationships Work with new and existing suppliers and clients and handle their enquiries, quotations and negotiations as well as recommending appropriate solutions. Monitor credit line, security Trade Control, inventory control, compliance, internal reporting Consolidate and propose solutions for the clients Follow up on purchase order issuance/ invoice and follow up on AR and AP Credit Line management - Expand and promote new businesses in assigned regions Freight liaison & negotiation with shipping lines Manage forwarders and 3rd party providers for logistics and transportation arrangement and related activities Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinatedRequirement Degree Qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Working experience in manufacturing / trading company in Chemical or Automotive parts experiences is a plus. Candidate with no relevance experiences will be consider for junior executive role Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in English. Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels and external partners/vendors as well.
