Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is competent in sales and have the tenacity to meet monthly sale goals to increase customer base and elevate the company's offerings. The individual must have a can-do attitude and working with other cross functional team to deliver results.

The successful candidate will be responsible to achieve monthly sales targets, develop business opportunities, increase customer base and elevate the statue of offerings. He/She will also be responsible to strengthen the company's presence by building partnership network - agents/resellers, as well as building and maintaining business relationships with strategic partners, government agencies and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and business objective
  • Build a commercially viable relationship with reseller/agent partnership network/customers
  • Identify, initiate, and develop business opportunities
  • Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
  • Deliver services to business partners/customers with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
  • Drive corporate activities in achieving targets
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company's products/services
  • Actively promote and grow our customer base that uses the company's core services which may include one or more types: Incorporation, BizFILE, GST registrations, Corporate Secretarial, Registered Office, Nominee Director Service, Employment Pass Applications, Accounting/Tax/Audit and Payroll
  • Actively conduct telemarketing/ telesales activities, conduct face-to-face sales presentations (where necessary), provide quotations, and explain services, answer business partners / customers' queries and follow-up to close the deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned service to promote. After-sales follow-through on all required documentations, co-ordination with internal cross functional teams. Prepare daily or weekly sales report for analysis
  • Conceptualize, recommend and implement initiatives/services that assist customer/ partners' business activities
  • Assist in identifying viable business opportunities that will generate revenue for the company
  • Identifies products improvements or new products by remaining current industry trends, business activities, and competitors
  • Respond promptly to business partners/ customers' requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments
  • Handle customer/ business partner's feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Implement and co-ordinate relevant business activities to increase the traffic flow at the company
  • Support any related marketing/sales initiatives, such as active participation in seminars/workshops/conferences
  • Implement company initiatives, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness
  • Mentor/ Coach new commercial team members to upgrade product/domain-knowledge, improve proficiency level of sales, quality of service to customers - include accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work
  • Any other matters assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma and above equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales environment role
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional teams
  • Possess operational maturity with strong and proven sales skills
  • Strong service-orientation with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to influence/convince, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high-energy, etc
  • Self-motivated/driven, competitive, ambitious and tenacious about sales targets and who yearn to succeed as individuals and as part of a team -- people committed to creating change in their work
  • Capable and effective - Disciplined, takes pride in delivering quality work in a fast-pace environment, able and ready to take a hands-on role in solving organizational challenges, customers problems and in making improvement
