Job Summary:

• 5.5 days\' work week
• Salary up to S$5,000
• Locations - West, Kian Teck Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage trade department operations (filing, data entry, organize documents).
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee and motivate team members.
• Assist with Sales and Purchase order management and invoicing.
• Coordinating with clients and trading staff on sales and purchase orders fulfillment status.
• Providing support to the trade department on various matters.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
