ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.
• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and projects, providing comprehensive financial assessments to guide decision-making.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize liquidity.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.

Strategic Financial Management:

• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company\'s growth and profitability objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction, profit optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Assess and manage financial risks facing the company, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Evaluate potential funding sources and capital structure options to support the company\'s growth initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategies.

Qualification

• Degree or Diploma (with experience) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Able to multitask.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
