The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Business helpdesk Support
• Focus: Read, understand and record issues for tracking or investigation purpose based on current system and new enhancements/features. Source : Helpdesk mailbox and chat query
• Office Location:CBD
• Starts off as a Contract till 31 Dec 2024 - Subject for renewal

The Talent

• 2 - 4 years of MS Excel Intermediate experience
• Relevant helpdesk experience
• Partial shift : support India, AE and UK hours ie. 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm
• Proactive individual with pleasant personality
• Previous experience in Banking line is preferred
• Good to have knowledge on SRE Best practices and able to adhere to SRE guidelines in the work

The Job

• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Work with onsite and offshore teams across multiple technologies/applications
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders
• Incident and Problem management
• Continuous improvement of the system, eq. job automation, performance tuning, issue sharing
• Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues
