Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Business Information Security Officer, APAC (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in Singapore; possibility to be office-based or remote.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.

It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Johnson & Johnson is undertaking a major strategic transformation of the cybersecurity program as part of the separation of our Consumer Health business into an independent, market-leading consumer products company. This role will be within our Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, security risk assurance, and security consulting across enterprise IT, Operational Technologies, and Third Parties.

As Business Information Security Officer - APAC you will be the senior cybersecurity risk advisor to Asia Pacific business and business technology leaders, driving accountability for cybersecurity risk, and shaping business strategy and security risk investment priorities. You will oversee a matrixed global team of professionals delivering security consulting and risk assessment products to your stakeholders across Applications and Software, Suppliers, Operational Technology, and Mergers and Acquisitions. You will also use your knowledge of the business' priorities and strategic direction to influence and shape the portfolio of cybersecurity products owned by your peers in Risk Management, Strategy, & Governance; Identity & Access; Cybersecurity Technologies; Records & Information Management; and Experience Design.
Qualifications

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent with a track record of successful enterprise experience

10+ years of broad IT experience

5+ years of security risk management and business technology strategy and relationship management

5+ years in a managerial capacity

Experience across Operational Technology and/or Third Party Risk domains

Proven track record articulating security risk to non-technical audiences and influencing business and technology strategy and investments accordingly

Robust business acumen and understanding of finance and financial planning

Broad-based understanding of the current threat landscape and trends

Outstanding people management and employee relations skills

Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing and organizational skills

Proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement

Experience working in an outcomes-focused Product (vs Project Management) delivery mindset and experience with Agile software development approaches

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize in parallel

Customer service orientation, eye for business value, and a bias for action

Expert at working with virtual, and diverse global teams of varied backgrounds and cultural experiences

Experienced in leading, guiding, and influencing larger-sized teams and projects without supervisory responsibility

Exercises independent judgment, strong decision-making, and problem-solving for key processes

Ability to shape the business strategy to be aware of and manage security risk

Experience within regulated environments (GxP. SOx)
