Job Scope

For this role, you will be supporting the Data Analytics Readiness Team (DART) within GovTech, which is the team that is responsible and accountable for driving and delivering GovTech\xe2\x80\x99s internal Data Transformation efforts.

The responsibility of the role is to

Develop the HR Pitstop in Microstrategy, including but not limited to

• understanding business requirements and objectives and recommending solutions, from concept through implementation.
• supporting data collection to facilitate manual/auto refresh
• applying visual analytic design principle to design and implement solutions using Microstrategy.
• performance tuning of pitstop to minimize the data and rendering refresh cycles and optimize the end user experience.
• Creating and modelling advanced MicroStrategy Schema layers, including setting up joins, hierarchies, logical tables etc. Dossier Design, Hyperintelligence Development.
• Supporting DART in the enhancements and maintenance support of existing dashboards and data sources.
• Project administration on data transformation efforts.

• Candidate should preferably be proficient in MicroStrategy Hyperintelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on MicroStrategy experience
• Fluent in creating and modelling advanced MicroStrategy Schema layers, including setting up joins, hierarchies, logical tables etc. Dossier Design, Hyperintelligence Development.
• MicroStrategy SDK experience would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
• Programming or systems development experience preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment

Required skills

• Microstrategy, Python, SQL
• Working experience in Microstrategy Server environment is a plus.
• Experience in visual analytic for dashboard development.
• Strong understanding of visual analytic best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple assigned projects and tasks.
• Outstanding ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
