Job Description
- Coordinates admission and the transfer of patients into SingHealth Community Hospitals in a manner that is timely, smooth and efficient.
- Conducts financial counselling and admission briefing to patients and their families.
- Ensures that all patients are covered with adequate deposits and/or Medisave funds. For patients requiring financial assistance, assists patients to apply for Medifund.
- Assists in enquiries on admission and billing matters and collections of monies.
- Monday to Friday, Work on Saturday (1/2 day) Once
Job Requirements
- GCE xe2x80x98N / xe2x80x98O level / NITEC or Diploma in any fields
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Have a genuine interest in customer service and passion to serve patient / guests
Salary: $1400 - $2500
SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) oversees the management of the three Community Hospitals under the SingHealth cluster - Bright Vision Hospital, Sengkang Community Hospital and Outram Community Hospital coming up in 2020. SCH aims to deliver a seamless and integrated care path for patients requiring sub-acute, rehabilitation and palliative care. The focus is to bring value-driven outcomes for patients and set new standards of care for community hospitals. SCH is supported by the medical expertise and research capabilities of the SingHealth-Duke NUS Academic Medical Centre.
