WE ARE LOOKING FOR The role of the Assistant Manager is to support and assist the Head, Agency Business Management, to provide oversight and management of critical Agency Distribution operations, administration and business processes to support the delivery of key results areas through the tied agency channel. Roles & Responsibilities Process Improvement - Agency & Operational Process improvement Performance analytics and business reporting - Report generation & dissemination to key stakeholders and Agency force. Consolidation of reporting across all clusters ensuring correct and timely work processing and issuance of quality reports Agency office space management - Oversight on Agency Office Space and Renovation working closely with Real Estate and TD Strategy Depts, and review and alignment of all office space rental policies. Location vendor / procurement management - Liaise with vendors and raising payment via Ariba/ MA Budget and expense management - Management and central P&A and P&S budgets in accordance with the Delegated Authority. Recruitment Administration to support the Agency Clusters and Recruitment team. Location Events Management Agency Leader Meetings coordination working with Cluster PIC Appeals Management - Coordination and approval of appeals within Delegated Authority. Further streamlining of process and framework. Agency Operational Support. Management of eshop and processing of GOL / TLC policy application submitted agency force. Agency photo management. Owner and management of the central photo depository Project Management - to support the various agency task force teams in delivering the project deliverables. Requirements Education: Diploma / Degree holder Experience: 2 year experience in insurance distribution management Specific Business Knowledge & Skills: Agency business rules, processes, structures & systems Good leadership Interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge on Life Insurance, FAA, LIA guidelines Agency business models and industry practices Sound analytical and decision making capabilities.
