Business Development & Marketing Business development will include identifying new potential clients, pitching for deals and setting up partnerships and referral/introducer relationships. It will also entail identifying new areas/industries to target, coming up with a plan and executing it. The candidate will also be exposed to marketing efforts and drawing up marketing strategies to gain more traction in the appropriate areas for the firm. 2. Operational Issues Working on all aspects of operations including administrative duties and facilities management. 3. Finance and Transactional Matters Getting involved in all transactions and matters, from conceptualising, to examining financials, structuring deals, to execution of the transactions and completing each matter. Transactions are varied and will include Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, Capital Markets, and Restructuring. Responsibilities The right candidate should have the following a 'can do' attitude aptitude for learning and ability to take failures a good command of English and a second language interpersonal skills ability to manage different tasks at the same time
