You stand a good chance if you have a growth mindset, are highly dependable and have the curiosity, drive and tenacity to build a career with a market leader in a Fintech industry.The teamBusiness Management & Strategy team is a regional team which is accountable for managing business operations and implementing strategic initiatives in APAC, Middle East and Africa (APAC & MEA) region. The team is responsible to work closely with internal stakeholders to tackle their challenges, reshape perspectives and cultivate capabilities that enable the organization to achieve sustainable advantage. You will be part of a high performing and dynamic team focusing on delivering long term value.Your Accountabilities and Tasks

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to guide the company's future growth, ensuring alignment with global corporate strategy and best market practices
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities, defining actionable roadmaps for execution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Work with various business areas to formulate and monitor the implementation of company-wide strategies and mechanisms whenever necessary
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the performance, efficiency, customer behaviour and projects implementation, and propose customer experience optimization suggestions
• Assess and evaluate potential partnerships or targets to enhance Avaloq's overall proposition
• Manage regional management forums and strategic meetings
• Prepare regional materials and analytical reports for Group-level and Board-level meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or related field
• Minimum 5 years or relevant experience in strategy roles
• Good communication skills and comfortable with working and collaborating with diverse culture at all levels
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking
• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, energetic and positive
