18 June 2024We are seeking a Business Management Support professional with banking industry experience, specializing in loans and Treasury & Market systems, to drive business planning and strategy.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Should have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in auditing, finance, control functions, or banking;
• Strong understanding of loans and Treasury & Markets (T&M) products within the Institutional Banking Group;
• Proficient in data analysis.;
• Familiarity with banking policies and regulations;
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong business planning and portfolio management abilities.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Professional Qualification CPA.

Responsibilities

• Aid in business planning and strategy implementation;
• Conduct performance analysis, including yearly budget cycles, monthly business reviews, master report updates, and other data analysis;
• Prepare and update scorecards in real-time and track progress;
• Support the implementation of business initiatives and strategies. Monitor and report on market dynamics and peer benchmarks to refine strategy execution;
• Review and optimize workflows for increased productivity and efficiency;
• Attend meetings, summarize minutes, and highlight resolutions, initiatives, and special assignments;
• Liaise with internal segments to achieve optimal solutions;
• Work with the Risk Management Team to prepare quarterly Industry Portfolio Review Reports;
• Review and analyze portfolio data, monitor developments, and assess risk-adjusted returns, risk limits, and credit quality;
• Collaborate closely on credit-related issues;
• Coordinate on risk and control issues;
• Track key risk indicators, including monthly and annual reviews, covenant tracking, and trigger event monitoring;
• Work closely with the team on business process risks and associated issues;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
