The Business management team facilitates and drives the development & implementation of these topics which impact the Front Office (FO) and is steered by the CEO, COO and the Heads of Sales in consultation with the other functional SMEs as needed. This role reports to the Head of Business Management.The successful candidate is expected to frame issues, define scope, project manage and engage stakeholders across the bank and the CLM TOM Program organization to drive the CMF topics to achieve effective, efficient and efficacious outcomes.
